MAY DAY! MAY DAY!

Stephen's picture

It's already 24 days past May Day and we haven't posted any clues about the next shipment.

Our clue machine got a little dizzy while dancing around the May pole. Everything seems to be working fine now...

Twinkle, twinkle, little ???

oooh!!

I think that means we get the lovely Star Athena as a designer again! That would be awesome!

Goat?

I've never been good at guessing games...

twinkle, twinkle little goat

Crack me up! Still laughing.

Little Sheep?

Twinkle Twinkle little sheep,
How I wonder where you sleep
Is your fleece so nice and soft?
Does it have a lovely loft?
Twinkle Twinkle little sheep
How I wonder where you sleep.

clue

Twinkle Twinkle a little merino,
with a clue from our Stevenino.
A skein of yarn, some dyer's dreams
the package will be more than it seems.

There will be the notes so fine,
best to read them with some wine.
Some prefer coffee or tea,
but neither of them are as good for me
as Corona with lime...it rhymes with wine...sort of.

Oh dear, I got a bit off track,
this used to be quite a knack but
now I just put thoughts to paper while
I wait for the next sock caper.

The Blue Moon sock club will rock your month,
with 2 choices and lots of help,
you'll soon have your pair of socks all done,
with a pattern for a 2nd pair,
you'll always have a pair to wear.

We love you Tina, your hints are out there,
Your colours inspire, your photos amaze,
There is a lot to this sock knitting craze.
Thanks so much, I will watch for the package
Unlike Hazel's it comes in a few days.

Hmm, not bad for a couple of minutes..lol I don't think that I will quit my day job, and I am not going back to read it over...

What a hoot

So I drag myself along on this dark and cheerless morning and then come across the excitement of a RSC CLUE as well as the lively comments.

The sun is now shining, the birds chirping, and a marching band is parading down the halls -- well, not really, but the day has taken a decided turn for the better!

W00T!!!!

Twinkle, twinkle, little bat!
How I wonder what you're at!
Up above the world you fly,
Like a tea tray in the sky.
Twinkle, twinkle, little bat!
How I wonder what you're at!

Whee! I just got an email notice saying that mine is on the way!

My lovely hubby just called to say that an email came in to say that my yarn was on the way! Hopefully it gets here as fast as a shooting star! Being here in Canada I won't be able to track my package, but at least I know that it has shipped. Now I just have to hope that Canada Post waits to go on strike until after my package arrives. I will be wishing on a star that it gets here soon! Happy knitting everyone!

(Wow, I just noticed how many exclamation points I'm using... I kust be excited!)

Bring on the bling!!!!! Here's hoping for something sparkly!

Little sock

Twinkle, twinkle little sock
From Tina's Blue Moon you do rock
Far and wide the world you go
Warming feet from heel to toe
Twinkle, twinkle little sock
I'm waiting for you at the dock

:)

Ha ha ha great comments. Home sick in bed so these were great pick me ups.

Can't laugh in real life, though, as it makes me cough!

Thanks for the fun diversion--it was needed. Can't wait for the shipment. :)

Ta, Patricia

I have the virus my kids were kind enough to share with me. I keep telling them viruses are the one exception to the share rule, but they don't seem to listen. ;-)

Anyway, it's the fever/stomach/etc one that morphs into being left with sore throat, earache and, in my case, almost loss of voice. As I have one show opening this weekend and another opening next weekend (that was quite the feat; figuring out how to do two plays at once) no voice is not an option. Drinking LOTS of tea with lots of honey!

Did this thing hit in your part of Maine or is it more localized to where I am?

Icky thing, it is/was.

Yarn should be waiting in my mailbox when I get off work. I absolutely cannot wait!!
